• In case the product is broken, missing, or different from what you ordered, you can apply for a refund or replacement.
• To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it.
• To opt for a refund or replacement, kindly notify us within 3 days of delivery. We would require unedited unboxing videos or pictures for the same
• In case of refund or replacement, the product should be returned to Krazy Krafters. The shipping cost for the return is to be borne by the customer.
• Once the product is received by Krazy Krafters, the refund amount will be processed into your account within 4-5 business days.
• For replacement – Once we are notified about the damaged product, the replaced product will be dispatched as soon as possible as per availability or a refund will be provided in case the product is unavailable.
