- Customized hampers may take 5-8 business days for processing. It’s worth it because it’s custom-made, especially for you!
- Pre-curated hampers will be dispatched within 7 business days of the order placement.
- Festive hampers are dispatched closer to the occasion, more information will be communicated to you.
- Standard shipping takes 2-5 working days depending on the location. However, due to unforeseen events, there can be a slight delay. If in any case, the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
- The date of the order does not count. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
- Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Mumbai, India
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day or two. Patience is highly appreciated.
